Your opportunity
We are looking for T1 Tax Assemblers to assist during tax season from mid-March to end of May 2026. This role will require an in-office presence and is a great opportunity for a newly graduated accounting or commerce student to gain experience in a public accounting firm during tax season.
Your major responsibilities
- Assembling T1 personal tax returns
- Document scanning
- Other tasks providing support to the admin teams
What we look for
- Able to work independently to ensure tight deadlines are met
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Word Excel Tax Prep and Caseware
- Flexible to work long hours due to busy season (evenings & weekends)
- Must be able to execute entire length of contract
