Job Summary
Do you enjoy an energetic sales environment working with interesting industry leading products
- Full-time (45 hrs/week)
MondayFriday: 9:00am5:00pm
Saturday: 11:00am4:00pm - Optional: 4-day workweek (37 hrs) with Saturday required.
Responsibilities
Help customers via phone email chat and in-personanswering questions recommending equipment and guiding purchases.
Greet walk-in customers in our showroom demo coffee machines and create a welcoming informative experience. Energy and presentation are important.
Handle in-store transactions (cash debit credit) with care and accuracy.
Stay up to date on the latest coffee trends and equipment.
Support other departments when needed during busy timesyoure a team player.
Requirements
- A sales background which could be retail sales or inside sales in another context is key.
- Interest in the coffee industry is important. If you do happen to be a coffee enthusiast that is an asset.
- A people person who brings energy patience and great conversation to every interaction.
- Youre dependable upbeat and excited about helping others find their perfect coffee setup.
