Job Summary

Role: IAM Business Analyst

Hybrid: 3 days in office

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with identity security or authentication platforms (CIAM/IAM preferred).

Familiarity with Ping Identity and/or ForgeRock platforms is highly desirable.

Proven ability to work across Product Architecture Engineering and Business stakeholders.

Role Descriptions: Requirements Analysis Elicit analyze and document business functional and nonfunctional requirements for CIAM initiatives Produce clear artifacts (BRDs FRDs user stories impact assessments traceability matrices). Identify behavioral changes feature impacts and customer journey impacts caused by platform upgrades or architectural changes. Stakeholder Product Collaboration Work closely with Product Owners and Business Channels to gather and validate requirements Translate business objectives into actionable requirements for Architecture Engineering QA and DevOps teams. Support Product and Leadership teams with materials for decision making including scope clarity and tradeoffs. Business Case Value Articulation Contribute to business cases by helping quantify impacts related to o Fraud reduction o Call centre deflection o Customer experience improvements o Operational efficiencies Develop user stories and narratives that articulate security and experience benefits in business terms.

Essential Skills: Core Experience 5 years as a Business Analyst in complex technology environments. Experience working with identity security or authentication platforms (CIAMIAM preferred). Proven ability to work across Product Architecture Engineering and Business stakeholders. CIAM IAM Knowledge (Strong Asset) Understanding of CIAM concepts such as o Authentication MFA o OAuth OIDC SAML o Passwordless WebAuthn o Customer identity lifecycle Familiarity with Ping Identity andor ForgeRock platforms is highly desirable. Analysis Documentation Skills Strong requirement elicitation and documentation skills. Ability to identify functional and behavioral impacts during platform upgrades. Comfortable producing artifacts for enterprise governance and audit sensitive environments. Support Product Manager in the intake process Soft Skills Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills. Ability to operate in fast paced multi stream delivery environments. Strong attention to detail with a risk aware mindset.
