Perform gap analysis across existing BSS capabilities including:

Billing & Charging (OCS / OFCS)

Revenue Assurance
Define and document nonfunctional requirements (NFRs) covering performance security availability and regulatory compliance.
2. Solution Design Support
Collaborate closely with Enterprise and Solution Architects to ensure alignment with TM Forum standards (eTOM TAM SID).
Validate integration patterns and API specifications across BSS OSS and external systems including:
REST / SOAP APIs
Eventdriven architectures
Microservices
Contribute to:
Logical and physical data models
Reference data definitions
Product catalog rules (pricing discounting bundling).
3. Delivery & Quality Assurance
Own backlog refinement prioritization and story readiness within Agile ceremonies (PI Planning Sprint Planning).
Support SIT UAT and regression testing by:
Defining test scenarios
Validating test results
Managing defect triage and resolution
Ensure endtoend traceability from requirements design testing release.
Maintain change logs version control and release documentation.
4. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Act as a key liaison between:
Business teams (Marketing Sales Customer Care Finance)
Technical teams (Development QA DevOps)
Align scope dependencies and delivery across multiple vendors and platforms such as:
Amdocs
Netcracker
Ericsson BSCS
Oracle BRM
CSG
Huawei
Present project status risks and mitigation plans.
Support release readiness activities and golive communications.
5. Process & Continuous Improvement
Identify automation and digitization opportunities including:
Order fallout reduction
Automated credit and adjustment rules
Enhanced selfcare journeys
Standardize:
Requirements templates
Process KPIs
Acceptance criteria across the BSS portfolio
Contribute to operational playbooks SOPs and knowledgebase documentation.
