Business System Analyst - PEGA
Toronto - Hybrid (4 Days WFO)
Required Skills & Experience
58 years of experience as a Business Analyst or BSA in enterprise environments.
3 years of hands on experience within the PEGA ecosystem (any version).
Strong understanding of PEGA case management rules integrations data pages and UI.
Elicit and analyze business requirements and create documentation such as:
o Current (as is) and future state (to be) business & systems processes
o User stories story maps data catalogs business rules use cases and UI design
o Provide support throughout development and testing phases
Facilitate and lead conversations on scope and design with business stakeholders and technical leads to document detailed requirements layer mapping for coding.
Analyze end to end processes and document upstream/downstream impacts to core banking systems and interfaces.
Ability to identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure on time on budget delivery.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
Experience working with Jira and Confluence for backlog management and documentation.
Experience in Agile (Scrum or SAFe) delivery environments.
Ability to understand technical concepts including APIs integrations and data flows.
Strong analytical facilitation and problem solving skills.
