Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous table service to guests
  

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into POS systems
  

• Serve meals and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
  

• Explain menu items daily specials and allergen information to customers
  

• Handle guest queries feedback and complaints in a polite and solution-oriented manner
  

• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas in line with hygiene and food safety standards
  

• Coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
  

• Manage cash and card payments responsibly using POS systems
  

• Follow Finnish workplace regulations service standards and shift schedules
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 12 years of experience in hotel or restaurant service
  

• Qualification: Secondary education (vocational hospitality certificate preferred)
  

• Age Limit: 2040 years

Skills & Competencies

• Strong customer service and communication skills
