Senior SRE

We are seeking an exceptional Senior SRE to collaborate with local and global developers in building a next-generation platform for the hospitality industry. Success in this role is defined by performance reliability visibility repeatability and customer satisfaction. You will work in a fast-paced agile environment taking pride in providing continuous delivery and technical enhancements across a broad scope of B2B and internal stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Performance Tuning: Gather and analyze metrics from operating systems and applications to assist in fault finding.
  

• Service Improvement: Partner with development teams to enhance services through rigorous testing and release procedures.
  

• Strategic Planning: Participate in system design consulting platform management and capacity planning.
  

• Automation: Create sustainable systems and services through automation and infrastructure uplifts.
  

Requirements

Technical Requirements:

• CI/CD Expertise: Hands-on experience automating and streamlining build test and deployment phases.
  

• Cloud Services: Practical experience with AWS or GCP (specifically EC2 EKS IAM RDS GKE or GCE).
  

• Infrastructure as Code: Proficient with Kubernetes orchestration and Terraform for infrastructure management.
  

• Networking & Security: Solid knowledge of VPN routing firewalls and identity management.
  

• Scripting: Strong Shell Scripting skills (Python Ruby Go or PHP).
  

• Database Management: Experience managing MySQL MongoDB or Redis.
  

• Monitoring: Familiarity with tools such as Grafana Prometheus NewRelic or OpenTelemetry.
  

• Communication: Excellent written and spoken English skills suited for a remote-work environment.
  

• Technical Leadership: Ability to lead technical discussions and guide developers toward modern effective practices with patience and clarity.
  

• Collaboration: A proactive style to bridge technical and business perspectives with Sales Product and Support teams.

• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Certified SysOps Administrator.
