Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to accelerate business growth by generating new opportunities expanding existing accounts and maintaining a strong qualified sales pipeline through proactive engagement. This role owns the full sales cycle builds long-term customer relationships and contributes directly to individual and team revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive new business development and achieve new logo acquisition targets
2. Grow existing customer accounts through wallet share expansion and cross-selling
3. Own the full sales cycle: discovery solution design proposal negotiation and close
4. Execute consistent outbound prospecting and sales activities
5. Maintain accurate CRM records and generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
6. Build and nurture strong customer relationships through structured Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
7. Collaborate cross-functionally with Presales Delivery Finance and Marketing to support deal execution
8. Support contract negotiation documentation and compliance processes
9. Achieve individual revenue targets and contribute to overall team performance
Experience Required
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Account Manager or Sales Executive in technology OEM or ISV sales
3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and new logo acquisition targets
4. Strong experience managing large complex sales pipelines with high CRM data integrity
5. Demonstrated expertise in strategic account expansion and B2B sales cycle management
6. Excellent communication negotiation and proposal development skills
7. Proven ability to build long-term high-value customer relationships
8. Proficiency with CRM platforms and pipeline management best practices
