Seeking an Administrative Assistant with versatile skills in administrative support personal assistance and social media management. The ideal candidate for this role should be proactive detail-oriented and capable of multitasking across diverse functional areas. This role is critical for ensuring streamlined administrative operations optimized digital presence and consistent executive support.

What Youll Do:
Youll be the kind of person who:
  • Manage calendars appointments and communications on behalf of stakeholders
  • Coordinate daily administrative and operational tasks including document preparation data entry and file organization
  • Provide personal assistant support such as email management booking meetings and task follow-ups
  • Oversee social media accounts by creating scheduling and publishing content in line with brand guidelines
  • Monitor engagement metrics across platforms and generate monthly performance reports
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to support operational and marketing-related needs
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and manage records with a high degree of accuracy
  • Assist with research presentation preparation and ad hoc projects as assigned

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Communication or any related field is preferred
  • 3 years of experience in administrative support executive assistance or related roles
  • Proficiency in productivity tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with social media platforms and basic content management tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently manage time effectively and adapt to shifting priorities
