MetaPhase seeks an innovative forward-leaning TOP SECRET-cleared IT Project Manager to lead a system and application modernization and sustainment effort within the National Security community. The PM will lead a team of 10 resources including developers data experts and system administrators focused on a critical no-fail mission.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Implementing project work plans schedules and procedures for a complex IT modernization and O&M program
- Oversee a team leading software development and sustainment database management and modernization and help desk services
- Working directly with clients and diverse partners to understand and interpret requirements and collaboratively develop solutions
- Implementing and improving agile practices in a fast-paced National Security environment
- Overseeing development and implementation of an innovation roadmap to take the program into the future
What We Need From You (Required):
- Active Top Secret Clearance: U.S. Citizenship required
- A minimum of 10 years of IT project management experience managing IT operations and full lifecycle software development and maintenance for Federal Systems
- Experience managing software development using Agile methodologies including running daily scrums
- Flexibility and high motivation with an excellent ability to establish relationships with and influence a complex network of stakeholders
- Solid experience and knowledge Oracle and SQL Server technologies
Bonus Points (Preferred):
- Certified Scrum Master
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified
Work Setup:
- Onsite in Washington DC (hybrid possible)
Clearance & Education:
- Must have an active Top Secret clearance: U.S. Citizenship required
- Bachelors degree
Compensation:
- Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
