Job Summary

PLEASE NOTE:

It is a 100% onsite position in Trenton NJ.
All Positions are Onsite full time for one year and extendable to 4 more years.

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Senior Business Analyst is the functional Subject Matter Expert (SME).
They lead the requirements gathering JAD sessions and functional design documentation.

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serve as the functional SME for maintenance and support.
Schedule and conduct weekly status meetings with the client.
Provide functional support during Requirements Definition.
Author Detailed Design documentation.
Provide functional expertise during Development and Testing processes.

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS (MINIMUM):

Certification: Business Architect in Pega 7 (or newer).
Certification: Product Owner in the SCRUM Agile methodology.
At least three years of experience in each of the following:
Supporting environmental projects in the public sector.
Supporting or conducting Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions.
Working with Atlassians JIRA Project Management Software.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Prior experience with Clients systems (NJEMS RSP OPRATS etc.).
