Adelphi is seeking a Social Work/Counselor III SUD Clinician to provide substance use disorder treatment services at a correctional facility in Colorado. The ideal candidate will deliver professional behavioral health services including assessments treatment planning and therapeutic interventions within a structured correctional setting.

Requirements:
Current behavioral health licensure in the State of Colorado as Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
Minimum of one year of licensed clinical experience preferably providing substance use disorder treatment
Responsibilities:
Provide substance use disorder treatment services to incarcerated individuals
Conduct formal and informal behavioral health and substance use assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans to guide clinical care
Provide individual and group therapy services
Monitor client progress and update clinical documentation accordingly
Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams
Coordinate referrals and ensure continuity of care
Maintain compliance with facility policies procedures and professional standards
Provide clinical guidance to non-clinical staff as appropriate
Any additional duties as assigned
