Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join a luxury 17-room country hotel in the UK offering a Michelin-star-level dining experience. This is a hands-on creative role for a chef with a passion for farm-to-table cuisine turning locally sourced ingredients into exceptional fine-dining dishes.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting the Executive Chef in all kitchen operations
Preparing and presenting high-end farm-to-table dishes with precision and creativity
Maintaining kitchen standards hygiene and food safety
Managing kitchen staff scheduling and training
Contributing to menu development with a focus on seasonal local ingredients
Requirements
Proven experience in a luxury or Michelin-star-level kitchen
Genuine passion for farm-to-table cooking
British passport required
Strong leadership organisation and culinary skills
Attention to detail and love for fine dining
