The Mission

Were on the hunt for an IT Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of our companies Transport Management System (TMS) across Release 1 and Release 2.

Youll operate as a capacity-based delivery lead steering multiple IT teams under governance while making sure plans turn into realityon time on budget and with minimal chaos.

This is not a watch from the sidelines role. Youll be deep in the actionplanning aligning reporting solving and delivering.

What Youll Be Doing (aka Your Superpowers in Action)

Own day-to-day IT delivery across all TMS teams
Drive delivery against plans milestones checkpoints and governance forums
Implement IT governance and PMO procedures like a pro
Manage the full project ecosystem:
risks issues dependencies scope change resources and deliverables
Coordinate testing deployment cutover go-live and post-go-live support
Align cross-team delivery across design build test launch PGLS
Facilitate post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement
Act as a Delivery Lead meeting operational contractual and financial commitments
Spot opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell while delivering quality outcomes
Mentor and guide teams strengthening project muscle across the board
