Job Summary

Role Overview

The Business Analyst / Tester will support CCBAs Transport Management System (TMS) Programme across Release 1 and Release 2 performing a dual role that combines business analysis system integration and end-to-end testing responsibilities.

The role forms part of CCBAs delivery team and operates under CCBAs governance standards and direction. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that business and integration requirements are clearly elicited documented signed off and translated into testable high-quality solutions while also supporting comprehensive testing go-live readiness and post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis Responsibilities

Analyse the organisations business processes and design effective system and process solutions.
Assess the current business and system landscape and define the future state.
Elicit analyse validate and document business functional and integration requirements.
Ensure requirements are clear testable traceable and approved through formal business sign-off.
Perform business process modelling (AS-IS / TO-BE).
Facilitate requirements and design workshops to ensure stakeholder alignment.
Act as a subject matter expert within the delivery team.
Conduct impact analysis and support solution design decisions.
Develop high-quality documentation to support solution build and implementation.
Collaborate with multiple business and technical teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation

Requirements

10 years experience in Business Analysis and/or Testing roles
Degree in Information Systems (or related IT/Business discipline)
Certifications (Highly Beneficial)
CBAP or CCBA (IIBA)
ISTQB (Foundation or Advanced)
Agile certifications (Scrum SAFe Agile BA)
BABOK training
