As a Supply and Demand Coordinator in our Product team youll be the engine room behind stock availability inbound logistics supplier coordination and promotional execution. Youll make sure the right products land in the right place at the right time at the right cost while keeping our records clean our suppliers honest and our teams informed.

Requirements

Relevant degree or diploma (e.g. BCom in Logistics Supply Chain or similar).

13 years experience in supply chain administration inventory coordination logistics or buying support.

Exposure to supplier coordination inbound logistics and stock control.

Experience using MS Excel for reporting and analysis (ERP / Odoo experience is an advantage).

Understanding of supply chain planning principles (MOQ lead times safety stock).

Strong inventory replenishment and demand support capability.

Ability to track and analyze supplier OTIF SLAs and performance metrics.

Comfortable working with reports dashboards and operational trackers.

Strong documentation skills with attention to accuracy and version control.
