Infinity Brands is looking for an experienced Franchise Network Developer to expand our brand footprint.
We are a franchise management development and consulting firm. Our Brands primary focus is on expansive business growth through franchising.
Budget and supplier management
- Update project budgets as/when required
- Ensure suppliers are CI approved
- Appoint contractors/suppliers accordingly
- Manage the funds and do the reconciliation of all invoices.
- Meet with accounts to confirm and ensure account is settled
Project Management
- Launch project plan - 3 month lead time.
- Site inspection and progress to be evaluated during project rollout
- Communicate any changes to relevant people when changes happen or stages change
- Maintaining the developed schedule
- Complete onsite snaglist and ensure it is tended to within a reasonable timeframe
- Analysing and reporting on project risk
- Identify and evaluate potential risks before the project begins
- Assist the sales manager in effectively managing the progress of projects
Account Management / Client Liaison
- Ensure project satisfaction
- Schedule and host regular update project meetings with the franchisee
- Update the franchisee with any changes or delays
General/ Legal administration
- Collecting all necessary legal documentation in order to finalise a sale
- Managing necessary documentation needed during the project Cycle
Effective teamwork and Self-management
- Consistently manage own priorities to achieve all deliverables
- Reach sales targets set out by sale manager
- Follow any lawful and reasonable instruction from the Sales manager
- Act as part of the team and always assist other members of the team to achieve common goals
- Consistently live and be an example of the Company values
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator Franchise Network Developer or Account manager
Hands on experience with CRM software
Understanding of sales performance metrics
A team player with high level of dedication
Ability to work under strict deadlines
Matric certificate
Certification in Marketing Sales or relevant field is a plus

To promote the image of the business at all times through means of a positive customer contact Well spoken good communication skills Must be able to work in a pressurised environment and be deadline and target driven Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team Must be able manage own time effectively. Excellent attention to detail is definite. Able to multi - task. Minimum proven 3 years experience is a bookkeeping/accounting role and or working towards completion a tertiary diploma/degree.
