Overview
A luxury safari camp in the Vaalwater area is seeking a Front of House Assistant / Anchor to support daily guest-facing operations and ensure a seamless high-quality guest experience. This role suits a personable organised individual with a strong service ethic and a passion for safari hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Welcoming guests and assisting with check-ins and check-outs
Acting as a central point of contact for guest requests and daily schedules
Supporting front-of-house operations including dining service and guest activities
Liaising with guiding housekeeping and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations
Assisting with guest communication itineraries and special requests
Maintaining high service standards and attention to detail
Assisting with administrative and operational duties as required
Requirements
Previous experience in a front-of-house or guest-facing role within hospitality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Well-presented professional and guest-focused
Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment
Flexible and hands-on approach to daily duties
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
