Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our clients team in Uitenhage Eastern Cape. The ideal candidate will be able to manage the full accounting function perform accurate reconciliations and ensure compliance with SARS and statutory requirements. If you are organized reliable and able to work independently wed love to hear from you.
- Responsible for the Monthly Management Accounts.
- Processing for VAT purposes.
- Preparation and submission of VAT EMP and EMP501 returns to SARS.
- Perform reconciliations including VAT payroll and other accounts.
- Prepare and submit Workmans Compensation returns.
- Draft Annual Financial Statements for companies and trusts.
- Perform income tax calculations.
- Handle payroll processing including payslips and submissions.
- Manage all general accounting functions.
Requirements
- BCom Accounting Degree.
- 5 Years experience in an Accountant role.
Required Skills:
BCom Accounting Degree. 5 Years experience in an Accountant role.
Required Education:
Grade 12Relevant 3 years tertiary qualification university degree or diploma
