What you will be doing:

Lead design architecture set coding standards act as the primary technical point of contact and drive continuous improvement.
Contribute hands-on to development own the delivery of technical initiatives (design through deployment) and ensure high-quality maintainable code.
Mentor engineers on technical skills and problem-solving conduct code reviews and oversee backlog prioritization for efficient delivery.
Partner with Product Design Data and Operations to define technical roadmaps align technical priorities with business goals and advocate for technical feasibility.
Ensure system reliability performance and security and communicate technical progress risks and trade-offs to stakeholders and leadership.

What our client is looking for:

8 years of software development experience with deep hands-on expertise in mobile app development (native or cross-platform) application architecture system design and performance optimization.
Proven track record in integrating mobile apps with backend systems APIs and third-party services with a solid understanding of RESTful services and mobile-friendly API design.
Experience in mentoring engineers providing technical guidance and demonstrating strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform Agile/Scrum methodologies and working effectively within remote/hybrid team structures.
Accountable for timely technical delivery maintaining high code and architecture quality ensuring system scalability and reliability and resolving critical technical challenges.
Measurable hands-on contribution to coding and architecture with a commitment to innovation process improvement and knowledge sharing (documentation tech talks).
