Job Summary

As a Senior Java Spring Tech Lead you will:

Lead the design development and delivery of enterprise-grade applications using Java 17 Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
Architect and implement scalable secure and high-performance backend systems.
Design develop and maintain RESTful APIs and SOAP-based services.
Drive technical decisions and contribute to solution architecture discussions and design reviews.
Work extensively with Kafka for event-driven and asynchronous communication.
Integrate Redis for caching session management and performance optimization.
Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Leverage Microsoft Azure services for cloud-native application development and deployment.
Ensure code quality through static code analysis (Sonar) and enforce best coding practices.
Support integration testing efforts preferably using Cucumber and participate in performance and load testing.

What You Bring to the Table:

810 years of overall experience in Java-based application development.
Senior-level expertise in Core Java JVM fundamentals and enterprise application architecture.
Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices.
Proven experience in developing SOAP services and REST APIs.
Solid experience with Kafka and Redis.
Hands-on knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
Experience using Git GitHub Actions Maven for version control and build automation.
Practical exposure to Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Azure cloud ecosystem.
Experience in code quality governance static analysis tools and best practices.

You Should Possess the Ability to:

Analyze complex technical problems and recommend optimal scalable solutions.
Design systems that are robust maintainable and performance-efficient.
Collaborate effectively with architects developers and cross-functional teams.
Ensure high standards of code quality security and performance.
