Job Summary

Job Description: SAP Business Development Manager (BDM) WFH

We are looking for an experienced SAP Business Development Manager (BDM) for a Work From Home (WFH) role. The candidate should have strong experience in SAP sales and client acquisition with the ability to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and managing enterprise clients. Preferred base locations for WFH are Delhi Pune Mumbai or Ahmedabad.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for SAP solutions such as SAP S/4HANA SAP ECC SAP BTP SAP SuccessFactors SAP Ariba SAP GRC SAP CPI SAP PP/QM etc.

  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable SAP solutions.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle including lead generation proposal preparation negotiation and closure.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs IT Heads and decision-makers.

  • Coordinate with pre-sales SAP consultants and delivery teams.

  • Prepare proposals RFP/RFQ responses and presentations.

  • Track sales pipeline using CRM tools and achieve assigned sales targets.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in SAP Business Development or SAP Sales.

  • Strong understanding of SAP modules and the SAP ecosystem.

  • Experience in B2B / Enterprise IT sales.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA (Marketing / Sales) or equivalent qualification.

  • Experience selling SAP Cloud S/4HANA migration or SAP support projects.

CTC: 6 LPA 12 LPA (based on experience and performance)
