Position Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute multiple production releases per week across several Agile teams
- Work with Scrum Masters and QA teams to align releases with sprint commitments
- Maintain release calendars deployment schedules and sequencing for frequent releases
- Support release readiness activities system demos go/no-go checkpoints and post-release reviews
- Partner with QA teams to ensure testing is complete regression coverage is adequate performance testing and all quality criteria are met prior to release
- Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines used for build test and deployment activities
- Assist with standard deployment approaches such as blue-green canary and rolling deployments
- Track cross-team dependencies risks and environment considerations impacting release flow
- Support hotfixes and patch releases while following established release processes
- Maintain release documentation runbooks and standard operating procedures
- Contribute to incremental improvements in release tooling automation and team collaboration
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 5 - 7 years of experience in managing and coordinating Releases across cross-functional teams.
- Experience taking ownership for stable predictable release cadences in production environments multiple releases per week
- Hands-on experience coordinating releases across multiple Agile teams
- Working knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins GitHub Actions GitLab CI or Azure DevOps
- Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and ceremonies (sprint planning reviews retrospectives)
- Experience collaborating with QA teams on test readiness and release sign-off
- Experience using Jira Boards or similar delivery tracking tools
- Hands-on experience with Git-based version control and common branching strategies
- Exposure to at least one major cloud platform (AWS Azure or GCP)
- Clear practical communication skills and comfort working with delivery teams
Nice to Have
- Basic scripting or automation experience using Python Bash or PowerShell
- Exposure to test automation frameworks (API or UI)
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes in CI/CD pipelines
