This role focuses on outbound calling lead qualification and appointment setting ensuring consistent follow-ups and accurate tracking of all lead activity.
The ideal candidate is comfortable making high-volume calls follows structured scripts and maintains a professional and engaging phone presence while supporting sales teams through effective lead management.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to homeowners in English-speaking markets
Follow provided scripts to introduce services and engage prospects
Qualify warm leads and schedule appointments for sales teams
Maintain accurate records of calls outcomes and follow-ups
Track and manage leads across CRM systems and internal tools
Re-engage older lead databases to identify warm opportunities
Support meeting coordination rebooking and follow-up efforts
Provide professional and courteous customer service on all calls
Requirements
Fluency in spoken and written English
Experience in outbound calling appointment setting or customer service
Ability to handle high call volumes daily
Proficiency with CRM systems and multiple communication platforms
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage follow-ups and lead pipelines independently
Availability to work Pacific Standard Time (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
