- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and consistent service.

- Ensure exceptional customer experience by maintaining high service standards.

- Lead train and supervise restaurant staff (servers cashiers kitchen crew).
- Develop work schedules and assign tasks accordingly.
- Conduct performance evaluations coaching and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Promote teamwork positive work culture and staff motivation
Financial & Inventory Control
- Assist in budgeting sales forecasting and cost control measures.
- Oversee inventory levels ordering receiving and storage of supplies.
- Reduce waste and ensure cost-efficient operations.
Food Quality & Safety
- Ensure all menu items meet food quality presentation and safety standards.
- Monitor kitchen operations to ensure hygiene and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Coordinate with chefs and kitchen supervisors regarding menu updates or issues
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations licensing and labor laws.
- Maintain proper documentation reports and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular audits for sanitation equipment and staff performance
Marketing & Business Development
- Support the implementation of promotions marketing campaigns and in-store events.
- Analyze customer trends and suggest improvements to increase sales and foot traffic.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.
- Strong leadership organizational and interpersonal skills.
