Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist Account Managers with proposals sales orders and reporting.
- Learn and become proficient in our CRM system (Salesforce/Quosal)
- Process pre-approval lease applications for sales transactions.
- Organize and maintain sales and marketing materials.
- Participate in lead-generation efforts including outbound calls marketing events business luncheons and similar activities.
- Provide general administrative support such as scheduling and phone call routing.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree (preferably in Business or Marketing).
- Proficient in Outlook Excel Salesforce and PowerPoint.
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
- Clean driving record.
- Proven experience in office administration or related roles 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service orientation.
