theFace HR is supporting The Center for Healing & Integration in the recruitment for this role. We are partnering closely with the practice to thoughtfully identify clinicians who align with the Centers clinical philosophy values and approach to care.
This role is a direct hire with The Center for Healing & Integration. theFace HR is facilitating the search and initial screening process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide an average of 22 client sessions per week once fully onboarded (6090 days)
Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver therapy using evidence-based and integrative approaches including somatic and nervous-system-informed care when appropriate
Maintain timely accurate and ethical clinical documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and holistic providers
Participate in team meetings supervision and professional development
Maintain professional licensures and compliance with Illinois regulations
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Masters degree in Social Work Counseling Psychology or a related field
Licensed or license-eligible clinician in the State of Illinois
Ability to work with clients ages 9 and older (teens and adults)
Strong clinical judgment communication and organizational skills
Alignment with holistic and integrative care philosophy
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Training in somatic body-based mindfulness or trauma-informed modalities
Experience in collaborative or integrative wellness settings
Interest in group facilitation or specialty offerings
COMPENSATION
This is a W-2 employee position with compensation based on a percentage of revenue generated from clinical sessions plus paid administrative time.
Clinical Session Compensation
Pre-Licensed Clinicians: 40%45% of collected session revenue
Licensed Clinicians (Year 1): 50%55% of collected session revenue
Revenue split is reviewed annually with potential increases of 1%3% based on performance engagement and practice alignment
Administrative Compensation
Paid $25$30 per hour for approved administrative work
Up to 4 hours per week of paid administrative time
Administrative work may include documentation care coordination supervision preparation outreach and collaboration
BENEFITS (Based on 22 Clinical Hours per Week)
Health & Wellness Stipend: $250 per month (no receipts required)
Paid Time Off:
80 hours annually (paid at administrative hourly rate)
Additional unpaid time off (up to 80 hours annually) may be requested
Paid Holidays: Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day New Years Day
Continuing Education: $250 annual CEU stipend
Clinical Support:
Weekly individual supervision for pre-licensed clinicians
Monthly group supervision for all clinicians
Professional Growth:

SCHEDULING & FLEXIBILITY
Flexible scheduling within practice needs
Typically includes two evening shifts until 8pm or one evening and one weekend shift.
Hybrid schedule with up to 50% telehealth based on role and client needs
