Position Responsibilities:

• Build simple automated Excel tools and ensure data consistency across linked files
• Keep fund offering documents on the public website updated and compliant
• Support preparation of fund performance reports and peer comparisons
• Assist with ILP document drafting internal reviews and fund event logistics
• Coach financial representatives on using the iFUNDs Unit Trust platform and help resolve user issues
• iFund key metrics reporting

Required Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Finance Business Information Technology or a related field
• Able to commit from May - Aug 2026
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of financial products preferably with some knowledge of Unit Trusts
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel including advanced functions such as Power Query Power Pivot and VBA for automation
• Familiarity with other data analysis tools or programming languages (e.g. Python) is advantageous
