Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support teams in the development of project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Support in the creation of detailed project plans including schedules resource allocation and budget.
  • Support in tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and strengths.
  • Establish and maintain clear communication channels with all project stakeholders.
  • Support in the creation of scorecards and plans follow ups regarding VOS Maturity Assessment
  • Address issues and concerns raised by team members or stakeholders.
  • Review that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
  • Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support in the Development and management project budgets ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Track project expenses and report budget status to stakeholders.
  • Conduct project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Review proper project closure including documentation and handover.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • Ability to coach teach and lead leaders to develop continuous improvement strategies influence decision making and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the plant operations and functions.
  • 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in the application of Lean/Six Sigma methods and way of thinking.
  • Strong leadership organizational project management and inter-personal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in local language and English
  • Strong analytical skills including the use of statistical modeling techniques root cause analysis and other tools and methods typically deployed to drive operational improvements
  • Strong experience in applying and coaching change management behavior coaching and performance management methods.
  • Process Driven and Continuous Improvement mindset
  • Ability to influence and lead in a matrix organization to drive accountably and execution of VOS mindset and activities
  • Passport & USA Visa (Tourist). On this position you will be required to travel frequently between the USA & MX sites.

  • Strong leadership influential communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Background in production/ manufacturing environments operations

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors Degree in a business related or technical field preferred
