Role Summary

As aSolution Customer Success Manager (SCSM)you will act as atrusted advisor afor customers adopting SAP Finance and Spend Management solutions. You will own thepost-sales customer success lifecycle while also bringingdomain and solution expertiseto accelerate value realization drive adoption mitigate risk and identify expansion opportunities.

What youll do:

Customer Success & Value Realization

  • Build and maintaintrusted executive relationshipswith CFOs Finance and Procurement leaders.
  • Understand customerbusiness objectives success criteria and desired outcomes
  • Driveadoption consumption and value realization Finance and Spend Management solutions.
  • Align customers to theSAP Customer Value Journey ensuring continuous progress from adoption to optimization.
  • Manage escalations de-escalate critical situations and applyrisk mitigation strategiesduring complex implementations or transformations.

Commercial Growth & Account Strategy

  • Own and driverenewals retention and churn mitigationfor assigned customers.
  • Identify and qualifyexpansion up-sell and cross-sell opportunitiesin collaboration with sales and account teams.
  • Contribute toaccount planning governance and long-term customer strategy.

Enablement Collaboration & Ecosystem

  • Driveinternal and external enablement activities
  • Collaborate withSAP partnersto support joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives and customer success outcomes.
  • Work closely withregional and global SAP teamsto leverage best practices and innovation across the portfolio.
  • Coordinate SAP and partner resources to ensure successful delivery of finance and procurement transformations.

    • Planning & Consolidation (SAC Planning Group Reporting)
    • Treasury & Cash Management
    • Billing Revenue & Innovation Management (BRIM)
    • Global Trade & Tax
    • Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC)
    • Buying & Invoicing Sourcing Suite Supplier Risk SAP Business Network
  • Strong knowledge ofSAP S/4HANA Finance SAP Cloud Suite SaaS delivery models and Cloud ERP
  • Ability to articulatesolution value differentiation and industry proof points

What youll bring:

  • 8 yearsof experience with cloud software solutions and delivery models in finance and/or spend management
  • 10 yearsoverall experience in roles such as Customer Success Solution Advisory Pre-Sales Consulting Sales or Product Management
  • Hands-onconsulting or implementation experienceis a strong advantage
  • Experience working in alarge multi-national software/technology organizationpreferred
  • Bachelors degree required
  • MBA Masters in Finance or Chartered Accountant (CA)preferred
