Were looking for a Casual Team Leader to support our store teams and step into a leadership role when required. This role involves leading the store for short periods when a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager is not in-store while continuing to support day-to-day operations on the shop floor.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to stretch their skills gain leadership experience and take the next step in a retail career with training and support provided.

What youll be doing:

• Leading the store during periods when management is not present
• Supporting and guiding team members to follow store operational and safety processes
• Assisting customers and delivering friendly helpful service
• Operating registers and handling transactions
• Stocking shelves and maintaining store presentation
• Supporting day-to-day store operations and priorities

What youll bring:

• Previous retail experience (preferred)
• A reliable and confident approach to work
• Ability to support and guide others on shift
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move stock up to 16kg and use ladders safely
• Availability to work across weekdays weekends and peak trade periods based on store requirements

Training will be provided to support you in the Team Leader role.
