Your Role:
Drive the quality assurance of Tenables solutions by combining automated and manual testing strategies. Your role includes designing tools to verify resiliency and performance performing hands-on exploratory testing and maintaining the test infrastructure and reporting pipelines.
Your Opportunity:
Understands the Tenable product portfolio and is an expert in testing methodologies to verify functionality operability and performance of Tenables solutions
Expertly develops test automation frameworks and/or develops automated tests using the frameworks for end to end solution acceptance
Evaluate effectiveness of quality initiatives (e.g. automation manual tests bug bounties etc) and lead projects to improve
Performs manual exploratory and performance testing to help identify areas of risk that may not be automated yet
Obsessed with quality of products
Eager to learn
Can lead/drive testing initiatives
May perform other duties and responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time
What Youll Need:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in manual testing methodologies.
Proven experience testing enterprise-level products.
Strong sense of initiative with the ability to work effectively both independently (self-directed) and collaboratively within a team.
A genuine enthusiasm for finding defects (breaking things) and a keen eye for detail and data validation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with the full software development life cycle (SDLC) including requirements analysis design estimation development quality control.
Experience working with PRDs and writing STP STD documents.
Experience working with different teams and stakeholders (Devs PMs TLs).
Solid understanding of SQL for data validation purposes.
Background in Cybersecurity - Advantage.
And Ideally:
Working in a cloud infrastructure security-oriented company
Working on applications running on cloud infrastructures like AWS Azure GCP.
