We are looking for you !

You will process orders for industrial medical and specialty gases as well as welding and safety equipment power and hand tools and other products/supplies requested by telephone from call-in customers and associates.
In particular you will:
Answer incoming telephone calls and provide a variety of services to customers including assisting customer identify product needs and placing orders.
Efficient and accurate entry of customer orders edits orders received for accurate pricing and codes.
Research products with vendors including pricing and availability details.
Work with internal customers (account managers branch store operations distribution etc) to resolve customer order conflicts.
Maintains clean open order and backorder report.
Are you a MATCH
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
2 years product and/or sales experience.
Proficient with data entry. Working experience with SAP preferred.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds in the course of product demonstration.
Valid Drivers License
