The Position
The vacant position assists in the coordination operation and training of the countywide Information Services effort; assists in planning designing and organizing the operation of Information Technology systems and office automation products; and performs other related duties as required.
The ideal candidate has strong technical and customer service skills in an enterprise IT environment with hands-on experience providing front-line support for end users. This position requires the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware software and account-related issues; support desktops laptops mobile devices and common business applications; and accurately document and track work through a service management system. The ideal candidate has a positive customer serviceoriented attitude works collaboratively in a team environment and communicates technical concepts clearly and effectively to non-technical users.
