Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Service Coordinator to join our mental health supported living services in the Swansea area. Hours Contract Salary. This rewarding role is perfect for someone who is valuesdriven empathetic proactive and committed to improving the lives of others. As a Service Coordinator youll help ensure highquality psychologically informed support is delivered to individuals in our services while working closely with our teams to create positive safe and thriving environments.

  • Contract: Full-time 35hours per week Permanent
  • Location: Swansea
  • You will not require a Full UK driving licence
  • We do not offer sponsorship

About The Role

As a Service Coordinator you will play a key role in the coordination of supported living services for adults with mental health needs. You will:

  • Support Team Leaders to deliver valuesled traumainformed outcomefocused services.
  • Provide leadership through supervision staff development and people management.
  • Promote a culture that reflects kindness trust innovation and accountability.
  • Contribute to rotas risk assessments recruitment training and health & safety. Ensure services meet and exceed requirements.

About You

You will be enthusiastic compassionate and committed to delivering highquality support. You bring:

  • Experience working within mental health services (supported living desirable).
  • Empathy excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive positive attitude and the ability to lead others.
  • IT proficiency and confidence using organisational systems.

We welcome previous experience working as:
Support Worker Senior Support Worker Housing Support Officer Recovery Worker Key Worker Social Care Worker Mental Health Practitioner Team Leader or any role where you have gained transferable skills in support coordination leadership or care.
