This position involves contacts with many different ING departments & clients as well as INGs strong international network.

Your role
As a Head of Financial Institutions CZ your responsibilities include:

• Managing the Financial Institutions Department
• Growth of FI WB business
• Widening of the client base through prospect acquisition
• Keeping excellent personal relationships with established and prospective clients
• Bearing the ultimate responsibility for the assigned core client relationships
• Sales of full range WB products to eligible clients
• Interfacing the client and the bank keeping clients satisfied through product delivery to clients expectations
• Identifying marketing strategy budget responsibility and personal performance evaluation of subordinates

Your responsibilities

• You are a strong leader with experience in end-to-end responsibility
• You drive strategy setting and execution
• You are a true salesperson with strong commercial drive

• Academic masters degree 5 years of WB experience with demonstrated understanding of FI sector clients as well as products
• Demonstrated leadership experience with end-to-end responsibility
• Cultural- and organizational sensitivity excellent interpersonal skills
• An entrepreneurial mind set efficient team player
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Czech and English
