WhatYoullDo
Lead finance transformation projectsfrom strategy through to execution focusing on core processes like R2R P2P O2C and Business Partnering.
Design and implement future-ready financeoperatingmodels using best practices automation and digital tools.
Collaborate across PwCs global networkto deliver innovative tech-enabled solutions.
Manage and mentor teams ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous development.
Develop transformation assetssuch as diagnostics playbooks and delivery tools.
Support business development including proposals client workshops and thought leadership.
Build trusted relationshipswith senior stakeholders as a strategic advisor.
What You Bring
A background infinance transformation consultingordeep expertise in a core finance process area such as Record-to-ReportProcure-to-Pay Order-to-Cash or Finance Business Partnering with a strong understanding of how finance supports business performance.
Experience working in or alongside finance teams to improve processes systems or ways of working.
Aprofessional accounting qualification(ACA ACCA CIMA or equivalent) isrequired.
Strongcommunication leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead teams and deliver results.
Familiarity withdigital enablers(e.g. automation dashboards process mining) and ERP/EPM systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Workday) isdesirable.
