Job Summary
We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee overnight manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for coordinating production activities supervising employees ensuring safety and quality standards and meeting production schedules and cost targets.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise train and support production employees on the assigned shift
Coordinate daily workflow and production schedules
Monitor production lines and troubleshoot operational issues
Ensure proper material handling labeling and inventory accuracy
Communicate equipment issues to Maintenance and follow through on resolutions
Enforce safety policies procedures and compliance requirements
Ensure all production paperwork and reports are completed accurately
Perform additional duties as needed to support operations
Qualifications
Manufacturing experience required
Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Proficient with Microsoft Office or similar software
High school diploma or equivalent required
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is comfortable with an overnight schedule.
