Purpose
The Technical Lead for Functional Safety O&M within the Autonomous Operations Business will report to the Technical Director of Functional Safety Autonomous Operations AMERICAS and is responsible for leading aspects of the Autonomous Operations within the focused industries and specific discipline areas. This includes managing a team of technical resources with Functional Safety expertise within autonomous operations and automated projects with an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) focus throughout the Americas. The Technical Lead will be responsible for the management and execution of projects successfully within operational area and leading appropriately skilled delivery teams while creating a culture of continuous improvement.
Strong technical expertise and excellence in project delivery with a client-centric approach to drive increased sales while collaborating with wider Worley Consulting and Base Business to develop integrated offerings will be required. This role covers Canada US and LATAM business.
This is a full-time hybrid position based in Houston Texas or Calgary Alberta Canada.
Overall Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
Support the Regional leadership and Digital COE to adopt and deploy our Functional Safety vision and strategy in key markets.
Play an integral role in the development of a Functional Safety Center of Excellence within the marketplace by building and marketing best practices gaining recognition in the industry and striving to build key customer partnerships.
