We are looking fora One-to-One Teaching Assistant (Academic Support Assistant(EYFS)) to join our hard-working and inclusive staff at South Lee Prep School and Nursery.

We are seeking a reliablecommittedand capable Teaching Assistant who will provide one to one support in the classroom with an individual pupil. The ideal candidate would have experience ofone-to-oneworking.

You will have:

• experience of working with children (preferably with SEN and ASD experience)

• the ability to use your own initiative in supporting the learning needs of our pupils

• the ability to communicate and motivate children

• a flexible and committed approach to working as part of a team.
