Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager to join a growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of middle-market commercial accounts while delivering exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial account management excellent communication skills and a passion for building lasting client relationships. This is a hybrid position requiring three days in-office each week.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $92000 - $97000 annually

Responsibilities
As a Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing a high-volume book of insurance business ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to foster loyalty and trust.
- Handling renewals service requests claims billing and new policies.
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of market trends underwriting guidelines and submission procedures.
- Reviewing applications policies endorsements and audits for accuracy.
- Coordinating expiration lists with the department manager to secure renewal business information.
Qualifications/Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience (preferred).
- Minimum of three years of experience in Commercial Account Management.
- Active Property & Casualty License (required).
- Valid drivers license and insurance (required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Experience with Applied/Epic or similar agency management software (preferred).
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.
- Self-motivated detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to actively listen and problem-solve.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
