Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our this role you will guide customers through the vehicle purchase process helping them find the right car truck or SUV to meet their needs. The ideal candidate is personable goal-driven and committed to providing an exceptional buying experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a positive friendly attitude
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their needs
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
- Guide customers through the entire sales process from test drives to financing options
- Stay knowledgeable about inventory pricing and promotions
- Follow up with prospective and current customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Achieve individual and team sales goals
- Complete all paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Work closely with management the finance department and other team members to ensure smooth transactions
- Maintain a clean organized showroom and lot
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not requiredtraining provided
- High level of professionalism and personal integrity
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or technical training is a plus
