DescriptionThe Production Scheduler II role is critical to the day-to-day Production Floor execution activities to meet site revenue and goals commit. These include key activities such as KANBAN parts orders and shortages mitigation Indirect purchasing and Outsourcing process and management of non-conforming material such as Lemon Shelf items and RTV which is a critical initiative for inventory reduction.
In this role you will partner with cross-functional teams including but not limited to Production Schedulers Quality Engineers Shipping and Receiving Buyers and Suppliers Stores and PRO coordinators. You will attend weekly corporate meetings and report site RTV and Lemon Metrics. This role reports directly to the Materials Management Manager.

ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review KANBAN action item list daily place PO and expedite with suppliers as appropriate to mitigate production line stop risks.
- Lead the weekly Lemon review meeting and track Lemon shelf weekly performance create non-reference Shippers whenever needed.
- Manage RTV processes coordinate weekly RTV Review meetings and track progress. Contribute to RTV reduction projects and initiatives.
- Create Outsourcing PO and outbound deliveries for outsourcing materials expedite with vendors and report to Operations Tier.
- Trouble shoot and fix incoming faults like UOM chemical Over-shipments related to Lemon QN and POs. Submit Materials Master change requests if necessary.
- Attend Corporate meetings and report site RTV and Lemon Metrics.
- Other operational support activities as assigned which include (but not limited to): Support Indirect Purchase support PRO to Create PO and Deliveries for PRO.
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
Bachelors degree in Purchasing Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
2 plus years of experience in Purchasing Supply chain planning/scheduling materials management or other related functional area.

The annual base salary range for this position is $73100 - 123100 in Kanata Ontario. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
