Are you a qualified valuer ready to take the next step in your careerJoin JLLs Value and Risk Advisory team and play a pivotal role in delivering world-class valuation services to our prestigious client base.
What Youll Do:
Lead Client Relationships: Secure new appointments and exceed client expectations through exceptional service delivery
Drive Quality: Ensure all valuations meet IVS/API/IFRS standards with comprehensive market analysis and robust justifications
Mentor & Develop: Guide junior staff while taking ownership as the lead Valuer on key assignments
Grow the Business: Actively prospect new clients pursue bank panel appointments and cross-sell JLL services
Exceed Targets: Meet personal budget goals while maintaining cost-effective delivery
What Were Looking For:
CPV qualifiedwith 3 years in Value and Risk Advisory
Bank panel experiencepreferred
Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
Confident communication abilities for client and stakeholder management
Proficiency in Word Excel and eagerness to master JLL systems
