The Role
As a Business Development Representative you will:
- Represent Thrasher professionally at events networking groups home shows and community activities.
- Build and grow strategic partnerships with Property Managers Real Estate Agents B&I Groups and local organizations.
- Generate qualified leads then collaborate with our Sales team to ensure smooth follow-up.
- Champion the Thrasher brand at every touchpoint ensuring interactions reflect our values uphold our high standards and create lasting value for customers.

Who You Are
- A natural relationship builder with a passion for connecting people communities and opportunities.
- 3-5 years of Business Development (or related) experience preferred.
- Competitive driven and energized by goals and results.
