Description:
The McAuley is seeking a part-time Receptionist to manage front desk operations and respond to in-house emergencies. Shift 7-3 Schedule: every Saturday every other Sunday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold The McAuleys mission and Mercy Community Healths values.
- Greet and direct visitors and residents answering questions and providing information.
- Reserve guest apartments and handle follow-ups.
- Distribute memos newsletters and resident mail.
- Manage UPS deliveries and registered mail.
- Respond to emergency alarms and coordinate with security and maintenance.
- Maintain and update reception forms and filing systems.
- Operate the switchboard and monitor security cameras.
- Schedule transportation and manage resident trip sign-ups.
- Handle work orders and key control system.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English; able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Preferably three months of receptionist experience.
- Familiarity with switchboard communication systems and security cameras.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
- Capable of performing essential job functions with or without accommodation
