Job Summary

FRB currently seeks to add a full time Billing Specialist to assist in rapid growth of the billing department.
Responsibilities include:
- Following up with attorneys for prospective client activity reports
- Attorney bill reviews and updating bills
- Review Credit Card Statements
- High volume monthly bill runs
- Calculating attorney commissions and payouts
- Assistance with Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports
- Professional client communication and interaction
Requirements:
- BS degree in accounting business orfinancerequired
- Minimum of 2years ofadvanced Exceluse
- Minimum 2 yearsQuickBooksexperience
- Experience withlegalbillingpreferred but not required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Mandatory
