The Food and Beverage Floor Lead is a key member of the management team. The F&B Floor Lead will apply all of their experience and knowledge to assuring that the wants and needs of guests are consistently met and/or exceeded.
Compensation:
Qualifications Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- 1-3 years of related experience in F&B
- Must have strong sales orientation
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of pertinent health regulations and liquor laws
- Experienced with computerized point of sale systems
- Must have strong business aptitude
- Must have strong service orientation
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be highly organized efficient and detail-oriented
- Must have exceptional interpersonal skills
- Must be 21
- Must have valid drivers license
Responsibilities:
- Train front line staff on quality assurance and appropriate guest service
- Assists with daily walk-throughs to ensure full compliance with the Department of Health regulations
- Comply with applicable health alcoholic beverage fire and other local/state laws
- Follow correct closing procedures and appropriate cash handling practices
- Prepares food and tends bar as needed
- Ensures that high standards of sanitation and cleanliness are maintained throughout the kitchen and bar at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager
