Program Manager wTop Secret Clearance

RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as single point of contact to KO/COR and U.S. Army Network and Cyber Operations leadership; run IPRs and program reviews; deliver MSR/WSR and deliverables per PWS. Manage transition/phasein/out; ensure training/certification compliance (DoDM 8140.03) security safety and QCP/QASP alignment. Prioritize 24/7 mission support (watch floor callouts) manage risks changes and performance metrics (PRS).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• Bachelor of Science/Arts Degree in Engineering or Computer Science OR

Associates degree plus seven (7) years of specialized experience

Experience

• Five (5) years of experience in OCONUS.
• Three (3) years as a supervisor or project manager.
• Proven experience in working with government customers
• Fluent in all aspects of Government and corporate communications media to include all MS Office

products MS Project.

• Must have complete abilities in preparing proposals cost estimation and technical writing.
• Candidate must be an aggressive self-starter with the ability to provide vision to the entire team.
• Translate corporate values in support of the US military mission is a must.

Certification

• ITIL Foundation (v3 or above)
• PMP

Clearance

Top Secret IT-I (Tier 5) must be able to attain SCI and HCS/G/NATO read-on/access.
