Role Background:

The Solutions Advisor part of Kyribas Solutions team drives customer adoption and retention by partnering with existing customers to reduce churn and build advocacy. As a trusted technical advisor you help customers design solutions apply best practices and maximize platform value with occasional reporting/workflow configuration supportseparate from Support or Professional Services.

What Youll Do:

  • Assess how customers use Kyriba today and recommend improvements and best practices.

  • Support renewals reduce churn and improve NPS/referrals through trusted advisor relationships.

  • Lead workshops and whiteboarding to uncover needs and expansion opportunities.

  • Partner with Account Management:Share usage insights (e.g. activity trends) and address adoption gaps.

  • Review portfolio-level usage vs. contracts to identify underused features and value opportunities.

  • Advise on architecture aligned with Kyriba capabilities and best practices.

  • Deliver targeted demos:Showcase relevant advanced/new functionality tied to customer goals.

  • Feed market and customer insights to Product Management and stay current on the roadmap.

  • Help customers build ROI-based cases for broader platform adoption.

  • Represent Kyriba in forums/events and share success stories.

  • Spot dissatisfaction early and coordinate internal actions to protect renewals.

  • Use industry and competitor insight to position Kyribas differentiators.

What Were Looking For:

  • 1-5 years of experience in either implementation support presales or product management with treasury management technologies

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing advisory role with a focus on driving adoption preventing churn and fostering advocacy.

  • Expertise in ERP integrations and familiarity with API architectures.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for understanding and addressing customer challenges.

  • Ability to facilitate discovery workshops and deliver impactful technical demonstrations.

  • Strong collaboration skills to liaise effectively with Product Management and internal teams.
